Eric is an amazing gentleman. Patient, funny, smart, knowledgeable (about not just AT&T). He made the process easy, fun, educational. He also said "I'm not sure..." a couple of times and looked something up. I respect that. A great experience. I'm a proud AT&T customer now (long time Verizon fyi)

Vi, probably the most unprofessional salesman. Was very disrespectful and told me to leave the store after saying he couldn’t call the manager who sold me my phone.

Vy Hjort was the most helpful out of a million people i had to dealwith to resolve an issue with my account. he went above and beyond- and he also was generous enough to let me borrow his own phone in order to have back up while my issue was being resolved, due to a problem with a different carrier. i really appreciate his help and whatever you’re paying him, pay him what he’s WORTH, and that is a lot more :) thanks again, Vy!

Store Manager Eric knows his stuff and got me on my way rather quickly after a frustrating call with AT&T corporate telling me they were unable to fix my billing address. I will definitely be going back to the 211 Marginal Way AT&T store for all of my needs.

I went into the Marginal Way store on Sunday. It was busy, but I was greeted immediately by one of the salesmen, Eric, on the floor. He politely said he'd be with me as soon as he could. When it was my turn to be waited on, Eric listened to what I needed, he didn't push products on me, he explained promotions, and worked on a new phone within my budget. He was incredibly patient (but efficient). I was surprised how quickly he was able to help me choose a new phone, transfer everything from my old phone to the new one, and even helped me pick out new case and screen saver, along with a free item (buy 2, get one free), without any pressure. I'll add that he needed to offer guidance to another salesperson a couple of times during that time, as he was training him, but apologized for the interruption each time (which was totally fine with me). He's an asset to your store.

Went to this location to switch my service from Verizon to AT&T and it was great. Eric was the only one working at that time and he was a very pleasant and helpful. He made the process easy and really knew what he was doing. There was an irate woman that came by and he handled it well and professionally. Would recommend this location!

I went to this store to find a replacement for an wonky phone. After a long wait, I was seen by Vishal S.. I clearly told Vishal that I was already on my brother in law's plan and that I was looking for the cheapest prepaid phone they had. Vishal started showing me the most expensive models in the store. I repeated that I just needed a phone to call people, that the cheapest one they had would work for me.After a wait, Vishal told me that I could get the Apple iPhone 12 mini 64GB for $629.99, which would come out to 36 installments of $17.50 and that based on my current plan, I qualified for a promo and would get a $16.50 credit for every month. Hence the phone would only cost me $1 a month for 36 months. As that sounded too good to be true, I inquired if there were any other fees associated with the phone. Vishal assured me that there were no other fees, stating that I could stay on my brother in law's plan and that the only fees associated with purchasing the phone were the $1 a month fee for 36 months and $34.65 in tax upon cashing out.Following the transaction, my brother in law contacted me telling me that AT&T had increased his plan by $100 a month. I went back to AT&T to get more information. I was seen by Vy and Julia. It was then that I learned that on top of the $1 a month, they were also charging me $40 a month for a unlimited rate plan, which I never asked for. I told them that I was never made aware of this fee nor was I interested in the unlimited rate plan as I already had a plan in place which worked great for me. Vy and Julia told me that there was nothing they could do. $40 a month for 3 years = $1440 that AT&T is attempting to defraud me of. Vy and Julia were not willing to provide me with their supervisor's contact information either.I later spoke with an acquaintance of mine who revealed that the same store defrauded her of hundreds of dollars a month by claiming that she qualified for certain items and then adding all types of hidden fees.Looking back at it, I did find it odd that Vishal was always grinning at me when confirming that there were no other fees associated with the purchase of the phone. Everyone there used the same lines and have the same responses making it sound like it was standard protocol to deal with defrauded customers as myself.I will be filling a complaint with the BBB. I advise anyone who has had similar experiences with this store to share their experiences here. That we may contact each other in case we want to open a lawsuit.

Just want to say any phone plan you get, there will always be hidden fees. I paid on time and early if anything I was never behind any payment but they still raised my bill $30, complaining because I never missed a payment I download every receipt for proof. They will tell you to call customer service instead of helping you with your problem. I canceled my phone plan with them and found a new carrier. Thank god I didn’t buy a phone from them but instead got a phone line. They could have done better with customer service and maybe a better job explaining to customer like and my age who’s first time opening a phone plan.

Was signed up for services I didn't want or need making my bill 255$ instead of the 150 I was quoted. Had services removed. 2 month phone bills totalling 800$.Would appreciate the amount overbilled credited to my account.
