Xiomara is a great at what she does, if there was anyone I can trust with my banking it would be with her. She reassures me with great confidence because she gets the job done. She is a great asset to the company.

I'm immunocompromised, so I didn't especially enjoy being "assisted" by a teller who sniffled and sneezed throughout the entire process. She was, of course, unmasked. I get that everyone hates mask mandates, but maybe—just maybe—if you're going to work in a customer service job while you're actively sick, you should take reasonable steps to avoid spreading your sickness to your customers. At an absolute bare minimum, (a) cover your nose and mouth when you sneeze and (b) don't wipe your nose on your hand and then use that hand to pass paperwork to your customers. The teller who engaged in this frankly gross behavior was perfectly dressed and perfectly groomed, as I'm sure all Bank of America employees are required to be. No frumpy blouses or messy hair allowed—that would leave a bad impression on customers. But you know what leaves an even worse impression on customers? Sneezing directly in their faces. Maybe the next iteration of the BoA guidelines for maintaining a professional image should cover basic etiquette and hygiene.

Have been trying to call this location to speak to someone for over 3 weeks. Call every day and get a message that they are all with customers and can't answer the phone. Went in to the location last Saturday to exchange US dollars for Euros. I have a credit card through BOA and am a Wealth Management client. I had exchanged dollars for euros a couple of years ago at this branch and it was so much more efficient. This time was a disaster or epic proportions. When I went into the location on Saturday I was told that there is only one person that can exchange money and he does not work Saturdays. Sure would have been nice to know that before driving all the way there but hey, they don't answer their phones! Went back today, Tuesday. Sat in the person's office for 1/2 hour while he looked for the right form that needed to be completed to do the exchange (so he could order the Euros). I can't understand how a bank of this size is so mired in antiquated forms - why can't they just print the form off and use it in real time? What a novel idea! The person couldn't even tell me if I was going to have to pay a fee to exchange the money. TD Bank in Falmouth will exchange Euros on the spot for a $10 fee. I don't recommend anyone using this branch. While I was waiting for the the person to find the correct form for 1/2 hour I noticed that the phones never rang - not once. There were 5 employees in the branch and only the 2 tellers were busy. Keystone Cops banking at its finest! Never again! Will be closing my BOA credit card this summer and finding another bank that has their act together.

Called over 10 times past 3 business days and no one answers the phone. This is one of the many reason I do my personal/business banking at Bangor Savings and just have an account here for emergencies.

I want to withdraw from my money 5000 dollars in cash, but they have only one thousand twenty dollars. This is bad for the customer.

My new favorite ATM!!! For years I put up with this location only having a walk up ATM, but they just built an awesome drive up ATM with the ability to select $100, $20, and $10 denominations! Absolutely incredible. The bank is great anyway, but now we've got a much more convenient way to get money faster.

Today I had the unpleasant opportunity of being assisted with my transaction by the operations manager. I have been making the same deposit for TWO years at either this location OR the one in South Portland. I've made it a point to understand their policies regarding deoposits since it's changes over those two years. I attempted to tell her what I needed to complete my deposit and before I finished, she cuts me off and tells me that I cant do it as I've been instructed before. I went to elaborate and she cuts me off again and says I'm wrong... mind you she hasn't let me finish from the get go to be able to fully understand what I need to complete my deposit. She then says that she wants to help me and that I'm getting hostile and walks away as I'm attempting to respond, still politely. She then sends out two slips from me after coming back and saying what I'm asking for can indeed be done. She tells me to send in my license and put the info on the second slip for HER to then fill out for the other form I need. Politely, I ask her for the form. I'm not comfortable just writing info on a paper that is going to then be used to fill in another. Call me crazy but things can happen and I'd rather fill out my own forms to avoid this. She decides that this is the time that she needs to throw out her title in an attempt to make me comply to how she wants to complete my transaction. I respectfully told her that as the customer I'd like to fill out my own form please. She again tells me that I'm being hostile and that she didn't understand me the first time... with an apparent attitude. As she's sending the slip I needed all along I attempted to talk to her politely that it's a personal preference of me wanting to fill out my own forms and she just walks away. I have never had a “manager†act so unprofessional and extremely rude like this woman did. I'm going to go out on a limb and suspect that maybe she was having a bad day and that's why she was so unpleasant in her customer service. However, it's not an excuse to be rude to some one repeatedly verbally. I must say however, the other tellers are a pleasure to interact with and are willing to stop, listen and HEAR what you are saying before trying to HELP you. One bad egg won't stop me from going here as it's convenient and the other bank staff are phenomenal. If you're reading this “operations manager†I hope your day turned around after our unfortunate communication issue and you try your best to listen and HEAR what is being communicated by your customer.

BoA is almost gone from Maine, so I had to drive 40 minutes to deposit a paycheck. When I finally got there the teller was super nice and helpful, found my account quickly, deposit was fast and easy, got back cash and 2 money orders, with plenty of time to catch my flight home.
