“Friendly, competent service! They tested our car battery and determined it wasn't bad after all. Their help saved us money and prevented a sale but they didn't mind. In fact, they seemed happy to help. Thanks, guys!”
“I have used Ed's for over 20 years!! Both professionally and personally! Never got a bad battery yet!Good place to go if you need "D" batteries for a large generator in a hurry!”
“Ray is an honest and great mechanic. Which is hard to find nowadays. He performs his work promptly and at an affordable price. When I bring my car to Ray, I know he’ll be taking good care of it.”
“Trying to write a review for the Rochester NH store but it will not come up as a location. I was working on my uncles 2015 Escalade a few weeks ago(Saturday) and needed a lane assist actuator for the drivers front seat. NOBODY around had one, not even the dealers. I called at 11 am and by 3pm they pulled one out of the Portland store and we were back on the road Sunday. I wanted to give a shout out for the great service.”

441 Payne Rd, Scarborough“Don was truly amazing in helping me out of a tough situation, my car battery was toast and I was unable to be serviced until days later, he went above and beyond to help me get a working battery in that same day. He was incredibly kind and patient and refused to give up even after what seemed like the 6th set-back, not to mention I'm pretty sure he stayed after hours after a long day to make sure I left with a working battery. On top of all that, this man continued to run the show inside while training a brand new employee and his customer service never wavered. Honestly an incredibly pleasant experience at a rough time, and I couldn't have asked for a better guy to have helped me. Seriously awesome dude, Thanks again Don.”
“Kurt is an employee here and he is amazing. He has repaired curious phones screens of mine 5 times and has been extremely nice, knowledgeable and professional. He is quick. I have only ever gone here and have no reason to explore other options for other needs”
