“If you ever needed a lesson in customer service - come right to Pedego Portland! They bent backwards in accommodating me in every way possible - from the right sized bike to the perfect fitting helmet. Even a small carrier bag for my phone and water - they were one step ahead for my tiny little 2 hr rental! I can only imagine how you would be treated if you were to buy a Pedego from them!! We have pedego’s at home and will not rent any other bike. But Tina and Glen went ABOVE AND BEYOND any business has ever gone for me! I had the best time riding down to east promenade with the perfect directions from Glen! The sun was shining, the breeze was gentle and the spectacular bay was shimmering - with Pedego under my feet I was actually happily humming to myself! God Bless these two - if all people in Portland are this nice I will be moving here soon! :)”
