There is one pharmacist here who is very inappropriate and rude towards customers (male, dark hair, blue eyes). I had a prescription delayed by 3 weeks because he was uncooperative every time I or my office called for updates. I work in healthcare and make calls to pharmacies regularly, and this one pharmacist is the most inappropriate and inconsiderate individual I have come across. I will continue to use CVS as it is my insurances preferred pharmacy, but I will be switching locations.

These people are the most incompetent, disrespectful people I have ever seen! This place looses prescriptions and refills them. Then bills again and makes you pay for it. Pharmacist says In front of everyone we can’t keep losing prescriptions and refilling them. You wait for hours and never fill your prescriptions. They ship prescriptions they shouldn’t. Awful job! Absolutely awful!

After several unpleasant experiences at the Auburn Street store I decided to try this store. You learn quickly not to bother a pharmacist on Auburn St. This happened to me twice in about a 4 month period. The pharmacist at this CVS went out of her way to answer my question. She knew that I was at the end of a line of 4 people at pick up but I had no pick up and I just wanted to find out about flu shots. She took me out of line and simply answered my question. I have now switched to this pharmacy.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy I've ever been to. My family recently switched over from the Pine Tree CVS that closed (we were customers for over 30 years!) to this location, and we're already figuring out where to send our prescriptions to next. In the few short months we've had our prescriptions there, we've had several bad interactions with the techs working the cash registers, AND the pharmacist. I know if you end up reading this entire thread you'll think my family is crazy, but we also own a consumer facing business and understand that customers can be awful and demanding and we really try to be the exact opposite! We're extremely empathetic and kind to all service workers, so for me to take the time to write this means we've had nothing but terrible experiences...Most recently, and the WORST of all experiences, is that the pharmacist mislabeled one of my dad's prescriptions. She literally put the wrong label on the wrong pills. If he had taken the dosage on the label of the pills in the bottle, he could have died (seriously! It could have been lethal). Fortunately, he's been taking the pills for years and immediately realized the mistake (thank God!). When my dad called to kindly let the pharmacy know what happened, they were super nonchalant about it and told him to bring it by when he could. I was the one who ended up dropping off the pills, bottle and label to the pharmacy, and when I kindly (and quietly) let the tech know what I was dropping off, she got all huffy and refused to believe it! She did an EXTREMELY dramatic bottle/label reading (it included spinning the bottle around several times, shaking the bottle, looking at the label like she was in a forensic lab, and a lot of deep sighing), and then simply placed it down and said "ok". I asked what I should do next; did I need to pick up more pills for my dad, should he call the doctor, etc.? She simply said "dunno" and after I stood there staring at her with my mouth open in shock, she said I could wait to talk to the pharmacist but she was extremely busy (she was standing literally to the left of the tech, listening to the conversation -_-). I said I'd have my dad follow up and left the store, but it was literally the most insane experience I've ever had. While that situation was wild (and the worst of all!), we've always had weird and unprofessional experiences with the techs at the register. One time I went in and paid cash for a prescription and the male tech had no idea how to make change (the prescription was $94.50, I gave him $100 and he tried giving me $14.50 back...?!). I literally had to tell him what to give me for change ($6.50), and then he didn't even end up grabbing it correctly (he only got the change and left the dollar bills in the drawer), and then he told me he couldn't open the drawer again. I told him it was fine and not to worry about it... but honestly what the heck?! Another time, my mom and I went to pick up a prescription and the female tech behind the counter got mad when my mom asked for 2 prescriptions for 2 different people with the same name, but different birth dates (one a junior, one a senior); the tech literally said in front of a crowd, in the loudest, most demeaning voice, "whoa slow down do you even know what you're asking for?". The rudeness and tone of the tech was so disgusting and truly mean!I am honestly just so disappointed in my family's experience at this CVS. I've truly only ever had amazing in-store experiences (it was my favorite store when I was little!) at both the Pine Tree store and my local CVS in the South End of Boston. I have NO idea what is going on at this store, but I recommend you avoid it all costs!! (Plus it could literally cost you your life since they're in the business of mislabeling prescriptions...)I DO want to add that the folks at the register at the front of the store are always extremely sweet an

The staff member that cashed us out was so professional and pleasant. She has definitely been one of the most professional employees that I have met in the many decades I have been going to Different CVS Stores. They had exactly what I needed for a bday card and some sweet treats. The parking was easy as it was a shared lot. The store was a bit dated and crowded, but other than that it was a nice experience.

The pharmacy is one of the worst. I went to get a prescription and I waited in line just like everyone else and I got pushed to the back burner. So I left and came back 30 minutes later and still nothing. She said she'd let me know, well hours have past and still nothing so I called and then was told they didn't have it and that they where busy so I asked the girl (witch I beleave her name was Barbra or bev)to see if another pharmacy had what I needed and she was rude to me!! Like lady I get that you're busy but I'm a customer too and you cant just pawn me off to tomorrow! So I hung up on her and they had enough nerve to call back!! I thought you guys was to busy to help me!?!? I will never ever go there again what awful service. Here's some advice one person at a time that way you don't forget about others who have waited so long for nothing. Thanks for waisting my time!
