The female manager that works here is extremely rude, and so disrespectful to customers. She doesn’t know how to speak to her employees. I don’t blame the store being understaffed, who in the heck wants to work under someone like that. How do you hire someone like that?
There is always one lady in the register who is so kind and refreshing to talk to, I will make sure to catch her name next time.

I was waiting in line to make a small purchase . The woman operating the register was. Ery Rude to a customer who has special needs and berated her in front of the 25 people that were waiting in line.The Manager said " I won't help her " . I put my purchases down and said " I'm not purchasing anything and you should treat your customers with more respect 'Absolutely appalling behat for a retail store.

Terrible the way the manager treats customers and employees. I was there today she was behind the counter but she decided that she was going on break and told me to get into another lane??? Then I watched her tell 2 other people to move out of her way. If you're business is slow check who you have sitting on her fake pedestal . Need better management I see others saying the same thing.

Well I went there yesterday spent almost hundred dollars the lady was so kind. I went back and spent 150 dollars and I believe the assistant or manager was the rudest person I've seen behind the register . She was rude to the employees and the customers straight up witch and Halloweens over. Do better Dollar tree your employees and customers deserve better than this

This store needs some training. The customer service sucks. You walk up to the register they don't greet you and if You greet them they act like a stumbling block and don't say anything. You leave they say nothing. Maybe it's not important to some people but me as a manager customer service is a plus
