On Sunday when I was driving to Portland Maine to turn in the car I learned that my flight was. delayed and I would miss my connection with the last flight of the day to Arkansas . I found I could get a flight from Manchester, NH that could connect me in Washington, DC with a flight to Arkansas. I called Enterprise and quickly arranged to charge to a drop off at the Manchester airport. I greatly appreciate Enterprise and the agent I talked with for doing this.

The facility moved quickly and I was able to get the rental easily. And drop off was easy. Left the garage only to realize there was 1/8th tank of gas. And had a very strong odor of marijuana. Over the course of the week the odor subsided but definitely had to ride the first half hour or so with the windows down. My 8 year old in the back got the brunt of it odor.

At the Portland airport, the garage where we returned the car is dark, making it difficult to check for belongings in the car. Please provide more light.

We always use Enterprise when we travel. Service is fast and helpful. People are pleasant and polite which is unusual these days.

Avoid at all costs. They left me stranded without a car when I arrived to the airport despite having a booking. The manager was laughing when telling me they would not honor the booking.

Excellent, fast service, as always! My only complaint was that the inside of the windshield was filmy, like it hadn’t been cleaned. We only discovered that when we were out on I-95 and the sun came up. That has been a problem before and the agent I spoke to upon returning the car said he would advise his superiors. Otherwise, Enterprise is great!

Great desk staff. Excellent advice on how to save money in the rental. Good service and a great car with a free upgrade. I like Enterprise and it remains a first choice option for me.

This Enterprise office in Portland, ME, is great. The car was great, and the service at check-in, returning the car, and the ability to extend over the app were all wonderful.

Great experience,
Pick up took less than 5 minutes.
They have new cars in stock which makes experience even better.
Drop off is even faster, 2 mins.
Highly recommend!

Counter employees were cordial but car was filthy, had trash in the truck, was not in the space I was directed to and it had 33,000 miles on it. Not my best rental experience ever.

Quick check in to get our rental car. Friendly service - ask for the recommended food guide! While we didn't return the car to this location, there was an error in our bill that this location had to fix and Paul was able to help resolve quickly!

We used to rent with enterprise with all the love. We've lost that feeling with our past 3 rentals. All have smelled like nasty cigarettes but this last one from Portland, Maine? Straight Marijuana stench. Pl3ase take down the no smoking signs in these cars. It only adds insult to injury for those of us trying not to smell disgusting. Obviously, you do not care if the others do.
Now onto customer service. Noreen, at the counter in Portland was like a ridiculous CIA agent questioning me and my travel plans over and over and then trying to add extra insurances on even though I already declined online and then verbally with her. Then she says, "You don't have a clue how things work"
Dear Noreen- I really do have a clue and that's why I'm on vacation for a week and you, my dear are at a job that you obvuiously hate.
Yelling at me in front of other customers because I didn't push the button you wanted at the end was a little over the top.
Maybe customer service isn't the right job for you?

Great initial contact- the folks who get the cars are not great- mishaps with vehicle and caused us 30 minute delay.
