Had the rudest experience trying to pick up a package last December I needed for a work trip. Had my ID ready, proof that the package was mine and everything. I could even spot which package was mine as well. The employee took my ID, looked at the package, and then promptly said the package wasn't mine and that the name was incorrect on the package. I told him I had proof and pulled up the email showing shipment information. He wouldn't even look at the email and said that I needed to come back in the afternoon to talk to a manager. Completely rude, dissmisive, and unprofessional. I called ahead of time to talk to the manager and they told me the name on the package was my name and said the employee was just having a hard morning. Doesn't excuse his behavior towards me. Won't ever go back to that FedEx...

Abrupt, rude, inflexible manager. I mailed a package from this location and it was returned to sender due to error in address. I spoke with fedex rep on phone who said I could get refund. Went back to store and they said a refund wasn’t an option but if I wanted to pay again to try mailing the package again, it was up to me.

Refused to take USPS package on account of laziness, fedex takes USPS packages, not my first time dropping a usps package at a fedex facility
This is also the same employee that was rude to a woman that was in the store for a job interview.

10/16 5:45pm miserable woman literally said no words as I explained they had sent a package to the wrong address for a second day in a row. I said an acknowledgement would be nice but…silence. Pretty on brand for FedEx though, I’m glad it’s not my package!

What a horrible experience. Lady working desk training her new employee. Walked in with two heavy boxes. When I put one of them on the counter it pushed a few papers on the floor and the look and attitude from her was so unbecoming. It was an accident and she had to pick up a few papers off the floor. She was huffing and puffing like the world had ended. I even called her out and she made no attempt to apologize. I took my boxes and left. You can tell she hates her job. Horrible customer experience and a terrible way to train a new employee.

One star is five too many. Trusted the employee here to professionally wrap and ship a bronze sculpture. We just opened the box: sculpture broken. Wrapped using pre-used, dirty bubble wrap held together with painter’s tape. A child would’ve done a better job. This FedEx employee cared nothing about what he was doing or the importance of the art piece to the customer. Just unbelievable. Way to go, Portland Genius.

Needed to have a package overnighted and was presented with the options...the representative noticed that, due to the time of day, 9 a.m. I was able to only pay ground prices yet my package arrived the next day!!!

Do not try to have your package held here for delivery. FedEx didn’t even try to drop off my package here, they just returned it to sender and now I have to have the sender ship it back to me again. Terrible.
