The folks over at Headlight Audio Visual are so nice and helpful! We had a last minute catastrophe with our event and they were amazing through the whole process. If you're ever looking for something that they can help with - I would absolutely recommend them! This is a yearly event that we host and I will be going back!

I have had the pleasure of working with Headlight AV for several events I have managed, most recently a Marketing conference at the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor. From the onset, the team exhibited a high degree of professionalism and expertise. Their supportive nature and keen attention to detail immensely contributed to the success of our event. Not only did they understand our AV needs, but they also went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Their setup was impeccable, and they were always ready to assist whenever we needed them. I hired Headlight AV for my wedding reception and they were great. We showed a video to a room of 200 people and the presentation, sound and execution were flawless. They were accommodating when we decided last minute to use two screens and projectors instead of one. The on-site tech collaborated well with the other vendors (the event venue and the band, who also had sound setup in the event room). Also, I researched other AV companies and Headlight was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Headlight AV as a trustworthy, professional, communicative AV service.
