“Eric was phenomenal. We bought a grill here and Eric was super helpful. Identified my options based upon what I needed and helped us get a little off the price. He was a pleasure to work with.”
“Ah well. If you can navigate past all the stock in the aisles you might find what you’re looking for. Helpful staff. Shame the electrical cable is simpler to buy on Amazon now with all the cages”

“I went to the Lowes in Scarborough and the employees were unhelpful and borderline rude. I decided to go and see if the Brighton location was any better, and thank goodness I did. Where Scarborough wouldn't help me place a $3k order for a fence, Matt at the Brighton Ave location was friendly, helpful, and even pulled some strings to get the supplies delivered a day earlier than expected. I'll drive further to go to this location from now on. Kudos to Matt!!”

“This place is absolutely amazing. Sometimes they're going to have exactly what you want and you're going to be so happy with the savings. Other times they're not going to have what you want, other times they're not going to have what you want, easily a trip worth taking every month. And no matter what, you're always going to get great customer service.”
