“Searched endlessly for yard bags until I came around the corner and Micah approach me after finishing up with what appeared to be a pleasant interaction with other customers asking if I needed any help. He didn't take a guess at where he thought they might be but instantly brought me to the item. His Pleasant demeanor and willingness to help made for an easy conversation for a few minutes and his warm wishes for a good day left me smiling as I left the store with my items. At the time when everyone is stressed or not willing to look up from their phones it is delightful to have an interaction with someone willing to smile and look you in the eye. Micah is truly a an asset to the Lowe's team.”
