“We went there to do a couple loads of laundry and were able to visit with the owner. She was lovely and gave restaurant recommendations and beach recommendations. The laundromat was perfect and the advice from a life long resident of Portland was awesome!”
“Pratt Abbott has always been great. We especially enjoy their door-to-door delivery service. This time we used them to partner with Modern Rug Cleaning service to clean our rug. What a spectacular job done to make a stained white rug look as good as new. Thank you so much!”
“I really appreciate this lil laundry spot for sure well priced, very clean and maintained idt there's been a single broken machine since I've started using this place. Huge difference between this one and the west end laundry. Pretty much night and day in comparison.”
“Excellent laundromat with huge, high-capacity machines that made quick work of my massive mountain of laundry (including heavy comforters). Everything runs smoothly, the dryers are incredibly efficient, and I was in and out in no time. Will definitely be coming back.”
“/25 they renovated the Sauna a few weeks back, it’s very nice now! Sanded and cleaned the benches and replaced the flooring. Thank you! I renewed my membership.
Big fan of this place, awesome equipment, lots of space, my family has been long standing members of the gym and I graduated from USM. The staff are also great people, my only complaint, it’s a big one, is that there is no full deep clean at the sauna. Trash piles up, the windows have the same sweat patterns as the week before, the floor mat was removed, and no temperature gauge. I’m sure this is not a priority for the University. But there should be enough management at this great college for an exceptionally small dirty room to be monitored thoroughly and cleaned regularly. With all the nicotine pouches, hair, and paper towels accumulating under the seats, If they left a broom outside of the sauna, I would do it myself. Please Sullivan recreation and fitness complex, I came to the front and left a very nice comment in person about the sauna that was seemingly just tossed away, because I’ve been watching the same nicotine pouch in the same corner sit in the same place with the same droplets of sweat in the same place, so nothings being touched, even after talking to multiple people. Thank you, enough people use the sauna for it to be better maintained.”
“I always have an amazing experience at this laundromat. The attendants are always attentive and kind, often jumping away from other problems to take care of other guests. I’ve even see attendants do things completely outside of their job descriptions, like helping elderly folks with their bags. So kind and helpful!”
“Best staffing of any laundromat in Portland. Good wash dry fold and pickup service. If you can, talk to an attendant about which machines to use, they will be super helpful and generous with you.”
“Honestly, the cleanest laundromat in Portland. The owner is so kind and thoughtful. He has won my future business for certain. Highly recommend! ????”
“I'm giving this four stars because a lot of stuff was broken and a lot of stuff didn't work.. it was kind of dirty when we walked in there was stuff all over the floor and hadn't been swept yet but the guy came and cleaned up and mopped.. some of the dryers were broken the window completely crashed out of it”

“Best laundromat hands down!! I love this place. No matter how difficult my day might seem, I always can count on feeling better once I do my laundry at this place! The owners are so chill… very helpful & kind. It’s very clean and filled with lots of greenery. I’m a plant lover (obsessed) so I’m always excited to see what new plants they’ve adopted!
Definitely would recommend!”
