This place is, bar none, the best repair shop I have ever been to. They are as good as a new car dealer thinks it is. Professional, but friendly with all the bells and whistles. Honest mechanics with fair prices, and home of the best used car I ever bought. If I live long enough to where the one out they sold me a year ago this is where I will go to buy it.

We have taken our Lexus and Toyota vehicles to Lex Connection for many years. The lobby is clean and comfortable. They always have drinks and candy for those waiting while their repairs are completed. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant. Having no mechanical knowledge myself, they go to great lengths to make sure I understand necessary repairs. The cost is ALWAYS significantly less than dealership prices.

The exhaust manifold I had replaced was noisier than ever the day after I had it replaced. I also had multiple check engine lights. The individual on the phone immediately gave me excuses. I also discovered that the fifth wheel was never swapped in during tire rotations.

Honestly the best experience I've had bringing my car to "the shop". I went to Lex Connection on a recommendation from my boss and that was the best advice he's ever given me. :-) The place is very clean, honest mechanics, and the front desk guy has some of the best customer service skills I've ever come across. Highly recommend!!

These guys do a consistently fantastic job at minimal maintenance and major repairs. When I come in town, I'll drive just so they can service my vehicle. Considering the car is over 10 years old, they've helped me maintain its youthful spirit, allowing me to extend the life of my car for a few more years than was expected. Go here!

This place is incredible. They completely blow me away every time I frequent their establishment. The lobby is completely spotless and so is the auto shop! Great place to bring your car. I have an older Lexus and as such, you never know what you're going to run into when starting a repair. Ran into an issue with the axle when getting a wheel bearing replaced. They found me a good used part at 1/4 the price of new and gave me a loaner for the week it took to get the part. Trust them fully.

The service and professionalism is unparalleled..Everyone is so polite, well-groomed and knowledgeable.The entire facility is immaculate.
