An absolute gem. The man working ( which I believe is the owner) is one of the 1 in a million kind of people. A word smith I am not, so I’ll keep it short. The point is if you are in the need of clothes being washed and are in the area this is the place. The owner made such a mundane task a talking point and highlight of my day.

Neighborhood spot with great vibes. Do stop in for a friendly chat with the owner while getting some stains out!

Peter is a rare individual - a kind man. This laundry-mat isn’t the newest - but it washes clothes well. long time customer - say hi to Brie on your way in.

Exactly what a neighborhood laundromat should be like. Great service with some old hill flavor.

Almost locked me out before closing when he (Peter) knew my clothes were still in there drying. I caught him on the way out locking the doors about a half hour before closing with my stuff still in dryer. Is notorious for being condescending and rude to customers. I’ve lived on the hill for 3 years and refuse to use this business despite how close it is to my apartment, I drive across town to the way better and more professionally ran business of Soap Bubble.

This laundromat/dry cleaner is totally incompetent. I left a suit and blazer to be dry cleaned. When I picked it up and took it home I tried on the suit jacket and the blazer. Both were severely shrunk; the sleeves were at least 2 inches shorter (see photo) and the rest of the clothing had shrunk in proportion. I took it back, the younger guy, who is the owner or the owner's son, was dubious of my claim but said he would see what he could do. When I came back all he had done was press the suit and blazer (which had not been done originally!): still shrunk. He lied saying that he had measured them and they were the right lengths for the size; no way! He refused to compensate me for the destroyed suit and blazer. I am taking them to court over the matter.

Customer service is absolutely atrocious. Man at the counter is incredibly rude and I will gladly go anywhere and spend more to not deal with him. I do not recommend going here.

didn’t know it was possible to love a laundromat this much. the owner (Peter) is incredibly helpful and went out of his way to be welcoming. even if you don’t need to do laundry, it’s worth a stop

If I could give them 6 stars, I would. The guy that runs (owns?) the place was so very funny and friendly. We were just passing through, traveling, and wanted to do laundry to make sure we got through the last few days of our travels, and he was so hospitable, even as a guy running a laundromat. Him and his wife seemed to be working hard on other's laundry as well. We were sitting out front drinking coffee and he brought out a step stool for us to use as a table for our coffee. Not that we needed it, but just a really nice, simple gesture. I saw a review complaining about no coin machine, but I had no trouble handing him cash for quarters and getting those right away. We didn't have detergent, so instead of selling us the individual packs, he used his own detergent for our laundry. He made a simple experience (doing laundry) into a very nice one!
