Ordered a product online and was sent a damaged product. They refunded me the purchase price, but not the shipping cost (their standard store policy). There are so many other stores who stand behind their products (and quality control), I will definitely be shopping elsewhere. Suggest you do the same

Terrible, 2 week return policy! We simply wanted to exchange pants, given as a gift 2 1/2 weeks prior, that was the incorrect size for our granddaughter. Exchange was denied! The clerk rudely suggested we simply purchase an additional pants.

It doesn't have the store location and they won't change it on Google. You can pickup at bliss if you order online ( I'm not sure if you can shop inside bliss for their things) but it incredibly frustrating for I'm assuming many customers including myself

I wanted to go here but it was impossible to find. Google maps kept trying to take me through a closed parking lot. I parked and tried to find the store on foot, but was unable. I went to the website and it had the option to order things online and pick up at their sister store Bliss, so I’m thinking that maybe the brick and mortar store for this business doesn’t exist anymore? It would be nice if the company would update this on google maps, so as to not send customers on wild goose chases in 20 degree weather where parking costs $2 minimum. The situation irritated me enough to make me not want to shop online here either.

I placed a large order 4 days ago and I have not received any shipping information nor have I been able to get in touch with Little via phone, email, or Facebook messenger. Their lack of responsiveness gives me pause, and should be a cautionary tale to other's considering purchasing from their site. I'm planning on canceling my order if I don't hear back in the next 24 hours.

Love Little! Such a cute store with unique clothes and gifts for kiddos. Due to COVID, I just ordered a gift for a friend via their web store and it came extremely quickly - also wrapped adorably, even via mail!

We live out of state but frequently order online. They have the most beautiful, unique selection of things for children. Their shipping is fast and their customer service is amazing.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. The last time I ordered from them they sent me the wrong order. When I brought this to their attention they were unapologetic, and basically informed me that I was to go out of my way to correct the situation. This companies customer service is some of the worst I’ve dealt with in today’s modern era. Please, please bring your business to stores that actually care about the consumer. These women are so wrapped up in themselves they do not care about the consumer, and charge astronomical prices for their items.
