Contacted them about a door installation. Received automated response that they would get back to me. Weeks later, didn't get back to me. I emailed them again with a copy of the original request. Get back an automated response that I was responding to an unmonitored email address. So I'm done with Lowes.

Needed a bulb for my fridge and was driving by this Lowe’s location that I don’t normally use. The friendly and knowledgeable staff quickly connected me with the right associate on duty who knew light bulbs. I was in and out in a few minutes with exactly what I needed. What a good crew.

They have all the tools and all the gizmos and the gadgets and all the supplies you could need for just about any project. This is a Lowe's. I don't think there's much more I can try to say about it.

I want to give a BIG "shout-out" to Casey (or is it KC?) in the Receiving Department at Lowe's #1946 in Portland, Maine, along with the Manager (name not known) that was on duty to assist with an appliance delivery issue on Monday, August 14, 2023. You both went above and beyond to come up with a solution to deliver the fridge we wanted without having to wait an additional 3 days for it! I did my research while searching for the model that would best fit our needs and actually shopped between 4 different retailers that carried the brand we wanted, and ultimately decided to go with purchasing from Lowes... the customer service that I received at this location TRIPLED my satisfaction. I will definitely be back when its time to our next big-ticket appliane.THANK YOU! ~Amy V.

Waiting to get a new refrigerator replaced. Everyone I've talked to has been nice BUT no one can call me back with a status update. It's been a month and I have to track down manager after manager who give great lip service but fail to EVER call me back. Just replace the noisy fridge that's six months old. Frustrating!!

Purchased appliances through a competitor, the competitor would not stand by their third party delivery or installation services. Refunded purchase.Tried Lowes, had a few hiccups with supply chain issues, but only ever was treated with a smile, and exceptional resolutions to problems.I am a Lowes lifer.

I got the money together, and lined up a truck to go purchase the advertised Efficiency Maine 50g heat pump water heater, and use the instant in store rebate, just days before the deadline. Once there, we just couldn't find the "1" remaining they showed in stock at the Portland store. When the busy associate called for backup, the manager left his meal break to come help. He looked in several places again, and then called the Scarborough store to see if they still had one, AND if they knew where it was. They did, so we went straight there, and I got the break I've been needing! Now to get it installed...

Very disappointed in the overall experience. I was promised a delivery time for them only to change it to the exact opposite delivery time. I had asked to speak to a manager to see if there's anything they can be done and of course the phone call was ignored. I bought things from Lowe's in the past, however, this will dramatically affect whether or not I return to the store and use the competition in the future.
