“Just excellent. I’m somewhat IT savvy but not to ‘that’ extent. My kid got his pre-built Gaming PC all infected with viruses and bots resulting in BSOD. Couldn’t figure it out so took it to the friendly folks over at Necessary Technology. They did a fresh install as well as remedied the poor case ventilation by installing a better CPU cooler and case fan. Very quick turnaround for a very reasonable price. Would return there for future similar problems and certainly recommend. Note that the back entrance to their parking lot (Durham Street) is a one way street.
