Great little grocery with a lot of variety. I'm a chef in the area and the coop is one of my go to spots to get ingredients for rounding out last minute ideas, or when we run out of something. I like their pre-made burritos and different sodas too for a quick pre shift meal to go.

Conveniently located, but they need to either improve the quality of their prepared food, or lower the price. I paid $9 for an egg and potato burrito that tasted like it cost $4. This is a regular occurrence.

Never come to this establishment if you want good customer service. The folks who work here are never friendly (especially check out) I like to support local establishment as much as I can, but when you never have a good experience and you feel out of place every time. Sorry I don’t want to support people who cant be bothered with your presents.

Since day one this establishment has really worked at fitting in with the neighborhood instead of trying to make the neighborhood fit them. Love the local aspect just can't afford to shop there as often as I'd like

This place is amazing! The best curated grocery store I’ve ever been to with incredibly high-quality products.

Great variety of yummy and local food. High priced, as expected, but sometimes it's nice to splurge. However, the folks who work the register are quite rude and very unfriendly. And I have found this to be the case almost every time I have been there. They act as though you are an inconvenience - no hello, no thank you, sometimes no response at all even when asked a question! For a place that touts itself as being a big part of the community it might benefit them to be kind to the community who shops there. It's hard to justify paying for high end groceries when you are treated like that.

The employees who work at the registers are not friendly. Whenever I go I’m like “Maybe I just went on a bad day” but every time they are just humorless, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Also not sure if they aren’t meant to bag your groceries but they never do and recently I went, no one in line, the store is empty, the employee is sitting at the register, I’m running my credit card, my groceries are sitting and sitting, until I bag them. For what they charge, you would think they could offer that service.

Local produce, dairy, grocery products, and more! A great start to supporting local product and helping the community. A wide selection and all the basics. Plenty of options for dietary restrictions in the deli

Small, friendly local coop with a good selection of bulk foods and some premade sandwiches, coffee, bagels and baked goods.

We love shopping at the Co-op. It has an excellent selection fo pretty much everything we need: farm produce, local bread, local beer, local meats & dairy, flowers, prepared food.. and prices are really reasonable. Our first and often only stop for groceries.

Overpriced even considering the quality and organic/ fair trade items. I'm not a member, still think it's pricey for members.

File under: any port in a storm. Rosemont on Commercial was forced out by rising prices years ago and now this is the only grocery store walkable from downtown that's not at the top of Munjoy Hill or on the West End. Thus if we need to stop at Walgreens it's an easy run-in for a small thing or two. That being said, a lot of the local products they've decide to sell are not great and everything is super expensive as it's always been, so often it feels like wasted money. They also used to have super nice staff working here and now they can barely muster a word as they sit on their office chairs behind the counter. The last time the dude gently threw all my produce down to the end, fruits rolling all over the place, and swung his chair back around... not a word, not an offer of a bag, no customers behind me, that was just about all the energy he could expend. I slowly gathered up all the the things and scooped them in my arms while he gazed back into space. I know good help is hard to find, but yowsers. Assumedly good if you're a member, otherwise go anywhere else if you don't need to walk there.
