If you're looking for someone who genuinely knows how to help and ensure you’re well-covered, Mike is the person to see. I highly recommend visiting him before consulting anyone else, as some may even charge you just for a quote. Mike is the best at what he does; he manages everything personally and communicates effectively, always prioritizing his clients.
I recently had my left front door and mirror replaced, and Mike provided exceptional service. He worked diligently to ensure everything was cost-effective, especially since this was my first visit to his shop (he even fixed some minor issues without extra charging). I truly enjoyed the repair experience and appreciated his support when I needed assistance. Mike is a great guy with a responsible heart!

Mike performs miracles. My Audi got hit and I spent a lot of time figuring out who to trust with my vehicle and who does quality work. I didnt want a ton of hands on my car or kids test driving it or employees turning off my dash cam. I spoke with him in person ahead of time and saw some of the amazing work this guy can do and got an idea of how he does things. He personally deals with you, the insurance, and your vehicle. It was a no brainer for me to chose this man for the work, and I am very very distrustful about leaving my car with unknown shops. I had ZERO concerns with Mike. Getting your car hit sucks and you don’t wanna deal with even more crap afterwards. Call Mike, he will make it all better I promise.
Here are some pics, but the real damage is inside the quarter panel. Had to replace the inner quarter panel tail light pocket and straighten it out. And paint match everything. Very hard task with this color black. Like I said. Miracle worker. Thank you Mike.

Mike did a great job repairing the rear quarter panel on our GLK-350, really happy with the quality of the repair. He’s capable of doing it all including fabrication when necessary.

I was rear ended very badly and my car (2020 Civic) needed a lot of work (rear bumper and quarter panel/unibody). Mike was professional, expert, and communicative. He went above and beyond and I am very appreciative. My car looks perfect and feels just like it did before the crash. The process of communicating/coordinating with my insurance was also seamless. I am very glad I went here and not the DRP. I highly recommend this place, and I hope that small, honest, independent shops like this continue to get the business and recognition that they deserve.

Mike did an incredible job with my repair. The repair took 3 weeks (including working with the auto insurance) which is significantly faster than other timeframes I was quoted from larger body shops. The work is flawless; combined with his excellent paint job, I can't tell there was ever an accident. A+. Thank you Mike!

So I just want everyone to know Mike is an Angel. I had lost all hope in getting my car fixed to driving condition after other body shops said they could not do and was not worth it. Mike did a superior job and supported me through this stressful process. I can’t even tell you how grateful I am and what an awesome job he did ! Before and after picture.

I really appreciate dealing directly with the person who works on my vehicle. This is a small, no frills shop, offering quality cost-effective repairs. Mike went above and beyond to find and fix a water issue with my 15 year old Lexus that could have been a disaster. Easy communication, I definitely recommend Progressive!
