“Landlords suck, but if you GOTTA have one go with H.H Sawyer. They are really kind, accomadating and professional. They do repairs promptly, more responsive than I've every seen. Their matinence workers are pretty friendly and respectful, One always has a horror movie rec. They are very safety focused.
I accidentally put my hand thru a window once and the maintenance guy was mostly worried about ME! He went above and beyond helping me clean the glass like out from behind my bed and stuff. He didn't have to do that. And I had a new window in that same night.”
