My grandson was born premature and had to be in the nicu. My son and his significant other had stayed here for a couple nights until he was able to come home. What a wonderful place and resource. Everything was and everyone was kind and caring. Thank you so much for all you do!

I took my family on a family vacation to Biddeford Maine in July of this year. During that week my daughter delivered twins that were just over one pound. She stayed at the Ronald McDonald house for four and half months. My wife stayed with her for three months. Thank goodness for this place. It was great! Will and the staff are terrific. Two days ago a truck pulled up to my daughter's house, which by the way is three hours from Portland. The driver drove from Portland Maine to her house with so many gifts, diapers, toys, clothes etc. What a special thing to do and all from the Ronald McDonald house. We will be forever grateful! MERRY CHRISTMAS.

Been here almost 5 months and still going. This place is a amazing, safe, friendly home away from home. We went home for a few days and we actually started missing Ronald Mcdonald house plus all the wonderful people that volunteer Rita, Will, shanna, Gail, Annie and so many more. They made sure we had holidays and felt all the love that this house gives. If you are offered to stay here and having second thoughts go take a walk thru i promise you will change your mind and stay. Can't wait to be able to take baby home. And on my way out i will be leaving a volunteer application. If your looking to volunteer cleaning, answering phones, Guest Chef, Give will a call or look online for the application.

We truly had an incredible experience staying at the Ronald McDonald house while our son was in the NICU for weeks. The house manager Will was absolutely incredible. The guest chefs provided meals probably every other day which Caswell fed, and the additional freezer in storage space they provide for each room in the main kitchen allowed us to store tons of snacks. They also had a separate freezer for breastmilk which was super convenient. Quite literally had everything that we needed, I couldn’t ask for anything more. 5/5 stars.

RMCH is the most incredible place providing support, meals, shelter for those of us who have children in the hospital requiring intensive medical care. These wonderful volunteers and staff handle the day to day provisions, food, shuttle to hospital for families so they can concentrate and focus on their child. This house was my salvation for 2 months .Couldn't have endured my tragedy without their supportive and giving care .Kudos and God bless the staff. Rates a 5 star

this place is indescribable.the worst thing in the world is having a child in the hospital and the ronald mcdonald house makes it so that the ONLY thing you have to worry about is your child.they have thought of everything-food,toys for the kids who arent in the hospital-beautiful furnished rooms, books, plates, cups, silverware,ANYTHING you would need they have thought of it for you.really this place is a gift sent from heaven
