10000% would not recommend. Terrible customer service. Does not make their mistakes right. I am STILL having issues with my windshield and no one cares, at all. Do not go here.

Screwed up my order twice - two drop offs - two call backs - now on a third. Let's see if they get it this time - they said they probably would screw up again because they kept blaming other people. No ownership of their work. Nothing to make it better. Unfortunately I haven't got much of a choice here because it's what my insurance insits I use. If you can -- avoid -- use another vendor or OEM. This Safelite location is poorly staffed and does nothing to make it right (so far, at least..)Tons of spam emails trying to sell me on $60 wipers (???) and other spam. Avoid.

was not impressed with the work done, my suv now has moisture issues inside and the day after they install the new windshield the new windshield wiper broke and fell off like i said not impressed i will stick with a local company from now on.

They were very friendly and professional, and got the windshield replaced in a very good amount of time. They replaced the wipers to make sure the windshield was not scratched. The windshield is perfect and we are very happy with their work.

Our car was broken into so we needed to get the drivers side window replaced. We did a quote online and scheduled an appointment based on that quote. When the work was being done they up charged us $100 first saying the quote might have changed in 48 hours due to the price of glass. We did the quote again on the spot on our phones and got the same original result which we showed them and they then said "the part the website must be referencing must be wrong." I get that there might be issues with their system, but we scheduled an appointment at a specified price. Honestly it just feels like we were robbed a second time going to them, definitely won't be using them again in the future.

Windshield replaced all stickers move over and recalibration done in under 2 hours. Free snacks and bottled water while waiting. Very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this service.

Windshield started leaking for first time in 6 years after Safelite replaced my windshield... went to get it fixed under warranty and you can tell they're just trying to get out of there for the day and I get the runnaround and am told it's anything but the windshield that is leaking.Soon after I get on the highway I noticed they hadn't shut my hood and it's barely latched and almost get in an accident... Absolutely terrible experience. Not worth having them look at it under warranty to fix again.. will just pay for a new windshield at a respectable place.Wish I could give less than 1 star.

Took 3 replacements for a windshield that didn’t have chemical stains on them and then when I got one that didn’t have any stains it was much lower quality glass. Only been a week and it already has many tiny scratches, extreme fog when raining and car lights reflect making it difficult to focus on the roadEdit: Upped to 4 stars from 2 because they gave me oem Toyota glass to fix the issue. Still not convenient it took 4 replacements to get what I originally paid for but they honored their warranty and I greatly appreciate that.

Repairs were done well, front desk very helpful. Finished car early. But, had a question about work and had to schedule a warranty repair to ask a question.

I'm still waiting for the manager Cody to call. Crickets! I'm also waiting for them to fix my door frame and headliner to be fixed by warranty. Again, crickets!Update - spoke to Cody who accused my of "mocking" his customer service rep when was just telling him my experience. Spoke to district manager Shane who made it right and listened to my concerns. The last technician came and replaced the piece that was cut into. He agreed the job was not A+ work. He also cleaned up the glue that was left by the original tech that was damaging my paint. He also stated a headliner is terrible to replace and never is right so I am not pursuing. Would I go back? Only if I could deal with Shane and the last technician. Other than that, NO!

Had a small chip in my windshield. Once they were “done” there was a crack covering half of my windshield. Then they expect me make another appointment and to pay $500 for them to fix it. Worst experience ever.

Since most of my driving is done on highway, I knew it was just a matter of time before I, too, experience a damage to my windshield. It was only a small chip, but it bothered me enough that I had to get it repaired. I knew about Safelite from commercials, so I reached out to them. I set up an appointment online and the form was pretty straightforward. They took care of the insurance claims and I only had to pay my deductible. The work itself only took about 30 minutes (as promised) and the whole process started with a very friendly and welcoming receptionist. Since I did not have to replace my windshield, I declined their offer to replace my wiper blades. One thing that I remembered on my drive home was that I did not get a receipt and a copy of the work order. However, when I got home and checked my email, one was already their waiting for me. Just another example of how good their customer service is. Will definitely recommend!
