I usually go to Sullivan Tire for my state inspection, tire switchover, and oil changes, and every experience has been great. Being new to the region, I was looking for a place I could rely on, and Sullivan Tire has been exactly that.
A colleague recommended them to me, and now I fully understand why. There's no pressure or upselling, just honest advice and clear explanations. If something's urgent, they'll tell you straight, no confusion or mixed messages.
Everyone has been friendly and professional, and I especially want to thank Andrew at the Portland branch for always being so helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely a team I can count on to take good care of my car.

These guys are super nice and accommodating. Stopped in with low tire pressure when I was in a rush to leave town. They squeezed me in and topped me up right away and at no charge. Thank you!

My experience with Sullivan Tire on St John St in Portland was excellent! I went in for my car inspection and to purchase new tires . They were extremely kind and explained everything upfront. They had my car ready by noon. I can honestly say the car runs like new! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future. Thanks for your amazing Professionalism and extraordinary Customer Sevice!

One of the employee (Andrew Gallagher) at this shop is very unprofessional. I called multiples time that I would bring my car at the end of the day as i leave work nearby and the gentleman I talked to had my name and phone number and address down. I came in as planned and met with this guy. As I walked in, I told him that I'm being expected to bring my car to this location 333 St John St. He immediately told me that I'm lying. I asked him to check in his system and he refused. He then went on to look at my car and told me that I would need to replace all 4 tires instead of one. And I asked him to explain why and he told me to take my car somewhere else and that he would not take me. I talked to the assistant manager who was indifferent at first , but the assistant manger did look into the system and saw that I did in fact called and was being expected. So the assistant manger apologized. As I got home, the manager also called to apologize. I think the leadership at this shop are professional but also one bad apple does spoil the bunch.

Exceptional service. When every other place (4 places near by) said no without hesitation. Customer service was very friendly, the job was done seamlessly and even with a smile plus a few friendly jokes thrown in! Will absolutely be returning. A very nice gentleman told me ‘we try never to say no, even in the busiest time of year, when no one wants to work anymore’ and that meant everything to me. 10/10 recommend.
