This store is EXCELLENT! We were promised the world to switch three lines from a competitor when we called the mothership's 800-number but then they let us down on follow-through. The great people in this store (I'll mention Nolan and Mike specifically, but there were others that helped) rescued the deal by making sure all three lines came over and that most of what was promised was delivered. We had the added difficulty of having one family member in school in Connecticut which they navigated and saw through to the end. I would highly recommend coming into THIS store if you want to make a deal with T-Mobile. We were ready to walk away until we met them. Many thanks to the Marginal Way team at T-Mobile!

I switched mobile carriers and joined a pre-existing plan at T-mobile. Nolan couldn’t have made the switch any easier. He went above and beyond in ensuring my saved voicemails made it over and was even kind enough to clean my phone as it was filthy. Give this man a raise.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the T-Mobile store in my area to upgrade our family's devices to the new iPhone and Apple Watch, and I must say that the service provided by the store manager was absolutely phenomenal. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was smooth and enjoyable.First and foremost, the manager greeted us with a warm and friendly smile, immediately putting us at ease. He took the time to listen to our needs and preferences, asking insightful questions to help us choose the right iPhone models and Apple Watch versions for each member of our family. His knowledge of the latest Apple products was truly impressive, and he provided clear explanations of the features and benefits of each device, making it easy for us to make informed decisions.What really stood out was the manager's patience and dedication to making sure everything was set up perfectly. He took the time to transfer all of our data from our old devices to the new ones, ensuring that we didn't lose any important contacts, photos, or apps. He also walked us through the setup process step by step, patiently answering all of our questions and providing helpful tips and tricks to make the most of our new gadgets.But it didn't stop there. The staff at this T-Mobile store were excellent. We reluctantly needed to get new phones and a new carrier. They were extremely patient and helpful in assisting us select new phones and transferring from our old carrier as well as also transferring data to our new phones. Both Filsan and Zoe were extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody looking for a new carrier or phone.

On June 20 I visited this store in person explaining that, after doing some research, I was looking for a device which would allow me to access the Internet and stream video when I was anchored in our boat along the Maine coast.The sales rep, and another sales rep, indicated that they had the perfect solution – a Jetstream RG2100 5G Mobile Hotspot. I specifically asked if they had sold this device for the boating application I described. They told me they had. I specifically asked if there had been any complaints or concerns expressed. They told me there were none.The hotspot has failed miserably in this application. It has never delivered a stable Internet connection despite being set up correctly (as confirmed by tech support) and used precisely as instructed.After 3 calls with technical support, including performing a factory reset, I was advised that this is not a suitable device due, in part, to the spotty coverage of the T-Mobile network (promoted as the best 5G network of any carrier) along the coast of Maine.Stay away unless you are looking for poor sales guidance resulting in a extraordinary waste of time and money.
