I brought my ps5 in sometime in August of 2024. They told me the issue and said that they fixed. I payed $70 for my ps5 to be fixed and picked it up in late September of 2024. Apparently all they had done is cleaned the console and replaced a fan which isn't what they told me. I went back in early November of 2024 to have them actually fix it. It's now mid January of 2025 and I haven't gotten a call back, I've left at least a dozen messages and I haven't heard a single thing since I dropped off my ps5 in November. It being fixed was supposed to be the gift to my brother for Christmas.

I just purchased a new phone and had Google account issues. The assistance they offered was fast and excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

MAGIC FIX's service truly lives up to its name. Dropped my phone in the ocean and thought I had lost an entire vacation's worth of precious family moments I had captured. Fatima's warm friendly personable customer service immediately put me at ease. I could tell that she took the situation as seriously as I did, and that she was going to try every way possible to recover as much as she could. Several days later my phone came back to life and I was able to transfer everything to a new device. Despite burning several brand new phone screens in the process of diagnosing the issue (which she did not charge me for btw), I could tell that she was genuinely happy that she was able to help me recover the data. This is a business that TRULY CARES about its customers!!!!! SUPPORT THIS LOCALLY OWNED FAMILY RUN BUSINESS!!!
