All the employees over at this TD branch are awesome to deal with. Super friendly and easygoing. Always welcome me in by my name and with a smile. By far the best branch I've ever banked at.

What we need is a nice green lollipop right, come to this bank they'll fix you up. They follow procedures and guidelines to do your banking right and professionally. I wouldn't ask for anything better from bank.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Easy to see a notary, clearly taking covid guidelines seriously.

First off I need to say this branch is not bad, if management is not taking care of you. Their regular employees are fantastic, answer questions with real answers not the stock answers, "sorry I cant cash your check" I respond nicely, "I understand that's ok. I know you technically cant cash my PAYROLL check because it's drawn from a separate bank. I'm going to go my normal location. Can I have my check back please?" Then I get the stock response "it's against our policy sir no location will." With a, IM THE BOSS, tone. Not mean but authorive. She asked if ive ever cashed one of my payroll checks with td, I explained all the time and I've only run into the issue with a branch I am new to OR a new manager started there. (Note, the branches I go to often I now am recognized by management and they vouch for me so I get my PAYROLL CHECK THAT IS PRINTED WITH THE COMPANY NAME AND EMBLEM ON IT FROM A DIFFERENT BANK CASHED EVERY SINGLE TIME.) The reason I'm giving this lady a bad review is because one of managers explained, "when someone doesn't cash your check or tells you the stock answer of, we can only do 100 now and the check will clear in about 3 buisness days, they are either brand new or being plain lazy. You can look at the account, look at the most recently cashed checks on your account and see you have had them cashed in their entirety for the past few years and never has the check bounced. I'm sorry you have ever encountered this issue."Long story short.....Make a company policy that is enforced at all branches, either cash peoples checks or only do the 100 now rest later thing.Dont give a customer that pays you to hold on to their money an attitude when he can literally walk 2 blocks away to a bank that DOES NOT MAKE YOU PAY FOR AN ACCOUNT AND WILL CASH YOUR CHECK THEN SAY THANK YOU IN THE END! once again, thank god you have good employees working there by but damn change the management......hire from within and not from elsewhere.P.s.No human enjoys that lobby or the 2 teller system. NO ONE. Check the other comments complaining as well. As well about management

I am having huge problem with this bank. I choice them because they were located close to me. Now they moved to another branch days slot for their business.I have been unable to get online banking to do what I want them to do. Since they will not send me my account info by mail so they can save money at my expenses.Just three days before I was able to get online to transfer money (my money, by the way), which was good. Yet I being denied access you own account they decide for me All these strangers. O have had several problems with my ATM card in doing my grocery shopping, where I had to put every item back. This has happened many times. Then a woman manager told me that I did not need my money right away. When I asked her why she kepted denying me the use of my debit card for groceries. That's when she said to me, above that I typed of her words to me.I called another bank and talked to a male manager and asked if I am not allowed to use my account when it is deposited. He said I do have a right to my money.Next time I go there she is gone, no longer in her opened door office. I guess they transferred her somewhere else.I feel all these strangers are poring over my account. I do not know these people. A mom who wants more money to buy her two year old new dresses.I am so sick of this bank calling the shots for me making it harder for me to get money to buy food or not.I ham presently without a phone due to MetroPc bad Motorola phone that won't work!!!So I can't call. I am disable to walk to this bank!!!!!They be constantly tell me to come in at their convenience not mine. Why I setup this bank to have the convenience of online banking. K think I will go to Bank America, instead.

Closed a branch and "redesigned" the remaining bank branch to have only two tellers with sitting desks. Awfull design, crazy long waits, and still limits mobile deposits to $1,000. Will be moving business bank account away.

Apparently, the assistant manager and a notary has never seen an out of state legal document. Refused to notarize an ancillary probate doc because there was “no line for her signature”. Very unprofessional and rude young woman.I went up the street and had it notarized by a different bank.

TD Bank is just terrible. Last year I, and many others, were unable to access online accounts for weeks. More recently, I was not able to simply change the phone number associated with an account -- was given the runaround, and asked irrelevant questions that they then added to their file. After several back and forth's, they changed my username and password in order to change the phone number, absolutely ridiculous. And I STILL had to enter a verification code every single time a log-in was attempted on the one and only computer I have and use. Currently, even though the box asking for two-factor ID is unchecked, it still pops up ever now and then! Lastly, a transfer using Zelle (between two TD Bank accounts) has still not showed up in my account even though it's been taken out of the sender's account, going on nine days now. When I called TD Bank, the person I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. Truly incompetent employees and an awful website. Not to mention the nefarious activities this bank partakes in. Therefore I'm switching banks. TD deserves to have no customers and go bankrupt.

I was in the branch today and got a cash advance. A customer Rep helped the teller and I asked him a question about setting up an account. He was soooooo helpful in setting up the account and also a credit card. The experience was fabulous and Stephen (I think that was his name) should get a shout out! Great job.
