Forest ave and congress still locations were closed on dec 17 (Sunday) at 1252 while according to online opening times, they were supposed to be open till 2pm. Please fix the opening time so people dont drive to the bank unnecessarily and in a belief that it would be open.

Friendly, prompt, and helpful service. Daniel assisted me with exactly what I needed and made helpful recommendations about my accounts and money management strategies. Also, the ATM worked perfectly fine.

Please dont use this atm if you want your card back. The slightest imperfection of your card, this atm will take it and shred it without any warning. The bank associated with this atm can not do anything about it. So if you have an online bank and if it takes a week or more to get a new card in the mail, this atm will screw up all of your plans! Please be aware!

ATM is almost always out of order. Staff is incredibly rude. The ATM took my card and never gave me the cash I withdrew so I flagged a gentleman down and he unlocked the doors to the bank for me and I got snappy responses from both females working there who simply just said "it won't be serviced until Wednesday" and sent me on my way. How rude can you be in the middle of a pandemic when someone needs their card AND cash. Finally a gentleman came out with a new card for me and got me the cash I was trying to access. The looks I was given by the female clerks was astonishing. No need to be so nasty. As you can tell, I hardly ever write any reviews but at this point you need to get an ATM machine that works and train the staff how to actually learn what customer service is. It's my job for a living and can tell you that this isn't it. To the one man nice enough to help me, thank you.

Stopped here to cash a check with their name on it, TD Bank. I was given the hardest time about it, had to show two forms of ID and charged a seven dollar fee. I will no longer be excepting checks from TD Bank. I've been told before by many unhappy customers to stay away from this establishment and I will be doing so from here on out I suggest you all do the same! There should be an option for zero stars

I'M OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH ANOTHER BANK TOMORROW! I couldn't be more disappointed with TD Bank. I went into the Forest Ave branch this morning to update my phone number, because they did a security update, and I was not able to login to the app or online banking. I was advised that I would still have to call customer service to update the number because their online banking doesn't "talk" with the branch. I spent 55 (FIFTY FIVE) mins on the phone to update my number. ARE YOU SERIOUS? "America's most convenient bank" I DON'T THINK SO!!

Most of the tellers here are great. The younger gentleman who works customer service as well. Unfortunately, their ATM is almost guaranteed to be "out of order", and for some reason, I could never resolve an issue here with any of the managers with bad hair and cheap suits.
