Best gym I have ever been to. Recently renovated. Men's locker room is getting better but still makes me gag. Otherwise, great atmosphere, very welcoming and helpful.

Has everything you need to become body builder or powers lifter. You can tell that the stuff gas been used and abused giving me early ronnie colman vibes, I love it + shakes aswell

The best gym I have ever been to.. Friendly staff everyone is welcome and an incredible amount of fitness machines and weights. No waiting for a machine they have several of every type and it is very affordable. Members 24 hour access.
Reopened on 6/17/2020. Best gym in Portland. We have all of our equipment socially distanced. 4 deadlift platforms, 6 squat racks, dumbbells up to 150 , hammer strength equipment. Limited space for new members. 85 capacity and we have no lines to wait to workout.
