Dude working the counter was super helpful. The midtiller I rented was perfect for the job, and was in fantastic condition. Cost me like 55 bucks for 4 hours.

I shopped at Home Depot yesterday, March 21, 2020 and was extremely disappointed in how careless the store is being about the covid-19 pandemic. I truly felt as if the management was literally trying to make sure people got sick while both shopping or working there. There were no cart wipes, no sanitizing of anything anywhere, no measures to ensure proper social distancing.

I ordered a refrigerator on Sept4th. Oct 3 I finally received a working, non damaged appliance. The “compensation” of $200 for the initial damaged fridge was nice but the next fridge didn’t work at all. We took a total of 16 hours of from work, rearranged furniture multiple times and food as well to be able to get the fridge in and out. Very unsatisfactory experience. $200 is not adequate compensation for the hassle that this was.

Watch out for the "cleaning fee". Rented a paint sprayer and knew that it had to be returned clean. When I was done I ran plenty of water through and cleaned the nozzle, paint can and everything I could. There was still some minor small spots on the plastic housing. When I brought it back they said it wasn't good enough and the $50 fee would be applied. I was on my way to work and couldn't exactly go clean it more. They should tell you it needs to be returned spotless. I think they need to realize it sprays paint and it will get on the body of the tool. Plan to add $50 to your sprayer rental.

My husband contacted the Portland Home Depot in September regarding having insulation installed in our attic. A gentleman from the Home Depot came to our house and gave us an estimate, and the check for the deposit was written on the spot. A week or so later, the date for the installation was set for October 9th (Columbus Day, so he would not have to take a day off from work.) On Saturday October 7th, my husband received an email (no phone call) from the contractor stating th
