My 91 year old mom has been a member of this credit union for a long number of years. And rules do change. Thought we made an appointment and figured it out and out the door we throttle. So remember, customer service goes both ways and these people are here for us. 81 or 19.

Have been a member for over 50 years, now seriously contemplating moving all my accounts elsewhere.I tried to deposit 2 money orders (small amounts; $750.00) from two other local credit unions I have accounts at. I was told by manager that I needed to go back to those credit unions and get authorized signatures on the money orders, which didn't sound right to me, but they refused to deposit them until I did this, so off I went.Both of the other credit unions said there was no need for an authorized signature on the money orders except for mine. I went back to Town & Country, and they finally deposited the money orders, but made me feel like they were doing me a favor, and never apologized for wasting my time having me go back to the other credit unions for unnecessary signatures.Money orders should be rudimentary for any bank/credit union, so for them not to know how to handle a deposit of them is unsettling to me.

Unbelievably inept. It's somehow impossible to activate your debit card, and support is non-existent.

I opened an account two weeks ago and started having my check direct deposited. They were supposed to send a debit card via mail but I has never came. Called to get it sorted out and the gentleman told me that they could express ship a new card but there would be a $45 fee........ why in the hell would I pay for something I should have already received?

I've been a member for 10+ years, and have been locked out of my account for trying to pay my rent. This is a transaction I do every month, for the same amount, to the same payee, from the same computer, and this time out of the blue I'm locked out. Of course, it's outside business hours and the only way to fix this is by calling. Maybe if you're going to block someone from their money you should have a 24 hour option to fix it. Regardless, now my rent will be late and I will be looking for a new credit union.

I recently got an unexpected $100. Because this institution is in my neighborhood, I thought it would be a convenient place to do business and showed up on a Tuesday morning at 9am. After my (state issued) check was examined I was asked if I had my ID and social security number and told to take a seat. After a 15 minute wait I was ushered in. The whole transaction took about 10 minutes. Pretty standard place. Friendly staff. Would have rated higher with a shorter wait.

Today the lady literally refused to serve my friend and I because we don’t have Green Cards! So sad.. I feel bad for people who still treat other people like that. Shame!!!!
