They handled my rental efficiently upon pickup and return. Given that there were no rental cars available, this was an acceptable alternative.

I had a great experience renting a car trailer from the Warren Ave, Portland store. I rented 1 way to Florida and had a problem with the car not related to uhaul. Called the store to return the trailer and they were very accommodating. I would rent there again. I could not have asked for better service picking up or dropping off.

Terrible experience. An false damage report was filed. When the vehicle was rented a scrape was noted, we took a picture of it, and we showed the employees. We were told that it had already been recorded previously, and was of no concern. Two weeks later, we receive an insurance claim stating that the damage occurred while we had the vehicle.

Worst experience in ten years of Uhaul renting. Reserved a truck on line and when I showed up they literally yelled out a window that they didn't have my truck. No joke, they could not be bothered to help me, just told me to go to the Marginal Way Uhaul facility. Wasted a lot of time trying to do business with this location, don't make my mistake.
