I love the people here. I used to dread shipping things, but I have had such great experiences at this UPS store. I've dropped off unboxed Amazon returns, as well as my own boxed up gifts for shipping across the country and everything has always gone smoothly and efficiently. The people are knowledgeable and helpful.

Customer service is fine, but the don't actually stay open until 6. I'll admit, I was running a little late, but closing 10 minutes early when I needed to pick up my medication that's delivered to their drop off spot kinda stunk. It's not the first time this has happened either.

Amazing customer service from Debbie at the Portland UPS Store! She went out of her way to carefully pack our shipment and even followed-up with us after it had left the store. It arrived on schedule and in perfect condition. Highly recommended - Thank you!

Walked in with an Amazon return, and the worker said “return?” and I said “yup” and put down the item and held up my QR code. He very rudely said “this is supposed to be customer packaged.” I said “oh I thought I picked the option for no box and label?” He then touched my phone, zoomed in on my phone and pointed and said “customer package.” Then WALKED away…. I would have liked to have then bought a box and tape to be able to package it but he walked away… I told there for a few reading my return instructions and when he walked back out I was hoping he’d come back to me and I could buy a box but he completely ignored me. So I picked up my return from the counter and left. He was so rude and out of line for NO reason. I also just left a hard doctor’s appointment so his unkindness and lack of help was really not needed.

Extremely rude male at the desk to me and my girlfriend, completely ignoring us until we managed to ask for help. Than telling her what she needed to do with disgust in his voice, and only looking at her with the corner of his eye as if she was a nuisance who should be looked down upon for not "knowing enough" and not a normal customer. Horrible experience, was not impressed.

This place is the absolute WORST! Horrible customer service. They need better people representing them. I use this store a lot because it's close to my home but i will start going out of my way to use another store just for better treatment. This location is horrible!!!

Horrible customer service, my package disappeared and the staff was not responsive to my inquires. Things go wrong in business I get it, it is no excuse to be rude and argumentative. My inquiries were met with attitude and disinterest.I have been patient and respectful in all my interactions with the Marginal Way UPS store and staff. My reward was rude, disinterested, unprofessional customer service.
