I have tried to do business with this outfit twice. They are uncooperative, rude, and do not appear to do want to do business when it comes to packing and shipping. If you need to have a item shipped, your best bet is to go to the UPS Store in Falmouth. They are happy to pack, ship, and contact the customer with a shipping quote. They provide great customer service.

Only time in my life that a shipper has lost something. Thankfully it was a check and could be reissued/cancelled. That was last year. Gave them another shot… just returning an Amazon package. They had all 3 employees out, getting me to repeat answers to if I wanted a receipt, etc., then changing paper in the receipt printer… told me I didn’t need the box the return was in. Fine. I asked if they could recycle it. They looked at me like I killed their 1st born child. No. Take it with you. A shipping store, that doesn’t have any way of disposing of a box… jerks

The customer service experience here is the worst I've ever came across. Between not paying attention to the long lines and having rude comments for every customer, I can't see why this location still has customers. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone even if they have to travel farther to get better service. If management doesn't change anything here then they definitely do not care about their business

I've been going here for years and there's one guy that's been there forever that's very sweet but today I had a gentleman I didn't recognize, tall and skinny, who was so rude. He called for the next person by shouting "okay, who's next?" In the most annoyed tone, very rude first of all. Then he literally TOSSED my packages around, RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. Like dude didn't even try to hide it. He was so rude the whole time. Looked and sounded like he just wanted me GONE. I work retail too, I get it, but there is NO reason to take it out on innocent customers who have done nothing wrong. Seriously I was so close to telling him do NOT toss my packages. Horrific service. That man made my whole opinion of the store plummet.

I love having a mailbox at this particular UPS store. The one in Windham is questionable and any post office is literal chaos. The guys (and girl) here are always pleasant, professional and helpful. I don’t understand why they have so many bad reviews, and I felt I should leave a good one, because this is a convenient place with a great team.If you pack your own boxes, the cost to ship big/heavy things is cheaper than USPS, and small packages are similar in cost to USPS priority mail. I like that I can email them documents from my phone and they print it off- it’s like $3 for 3 pages. I’ve faxed and scanned things here- they’re also a notary and have all kinds of other services. It’s like a gas station- you pay a small “convenience fee” for not having to go to the real store (ie the post office). Plus they’re really nice.

I used to go here all the time. This was a very convenient location to ship items and the staff was polite and helpful. However, I have had several negative experiences here in terms of customer service recently. Many of the people that work there are condescending and unhelpful. I have been told the wrong way to ship something with no suggestions on how to do it better, they have acted irritated when I have had questions or fumbled for things on my person or in my purse. If you have a disability, this is especially rude and apathetic. The art of good customer service is truly lost.
