They are helpful in assisting customers, verifying inventory, and locating parts. They offer fair and friendly assistance with items ordered online or held for pickup. The store is trusted by watersport enthusiasts to keep them outfitted all year round. However, some note that the prices are high compared to internet competition and other retailers. Despite this, many customers find the excellent customer service worth a special trip and state they will definitely be returning.

I ordered a fishing rod, and separately, some flares, on special at different times, and there was no problem holding them for me until I came over from South Africa. Then I started looking at rod holders, which I now need!

The store is very organized & the staff are very friendly. James and Paul were very helpful in assisting me in locating a part online for my vintage boat restoration. It was worth the one hour drive for excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning!
