“These guys took great care of me on very short notice for a bumper that was deeply scratched and had many clear coats gunked up all over it, (in a very, very poor attempt to fix it myself but made much worse.) The result after a couple hours here was a like-new bumper. I dealt with Jim who was cool and helpful. All around fantastic experience. I will recommend to all for body work and I would have confidence going back for anything mechanical as well.”

“We needed to replace our old Tacoma-335,000 miles. We saw the truck we bought from Tom at Country Auto before anything else. When we arrived, he said he was going to show us everything he knew was wrong with it. He did so-a pleasant surprise. We looked at some other vehicles in the area and ended up back at Country Auto to buy the truck we first saw. There were two brake system matters that arose after the purchase. He took care of both of them immediately. I think he is an honest man - a rarity in that business. We are very satisfied with the truck we bought at Country Auto. The car I purchased had a major transmission failure just 10 months after purchasing, and Crafts came through with getting a Ford transmission ordered and installed within 2 weeks. “This guy is great, I has muffler fall apart on a 2009 Toyota. VIP wanted $1500 to replace it. I called Ty and brought it to him and he repaired it for only $110 and it sounds like new. “Been using Lou for many years. I know enough to be dangerous, and enough to know if the mechanic is honest. Lou is both honest and competent. I never get the BS ticky tacky charges for things that he knows I can do. He does point them out but asks if I want to deal with them though. Also, when I buy a car, I ALWAYS have him check it out first. Money well spent; he saved my ARSE just recently. When he couldn't reproduce the symptoms, Paul called me and I picked it up with NO CHARGE! He is currently replacing the frame on my son in law's pickup. I don't think there's anything he can't fix.
