Trying to get a hold of location to confirm rental. Have left several messages no return calls and a very stressful situation since we have to travel a long way to get to PSQ...there should always be back up for a corporate company.

Absolutely terrible location. I get that they are a remote location, but they utilize zero technology. So getting your receipt, or help with anything when they aren’t there - non existent. Then you try and call - but no one ever answers….just overall a terrible location to do business with.

I wouldn’t rent any vehicle from this place. Sadly there’s not many places to go in this areas, however they overcharged one family member and didn’t have my vehicle when I arrived, even though they had my confirmation number and emails stating it was ready. My advice is to look elsewhere for car rentals.
