I've deleted the review - just out to communicate - not out to negatively impact a business - this experience happened quite a while ago & it's possible there is entirely new owner / management - please consider it a chance to learn what not to do to loyal customers - this was before most people were online to the extent they are now - I certainly wasn't online - phone & mail was all I had - but, still - even now , many people are not tech savvy and/or have no access for various reasons - it's tough enough dealing with blizzards, snow & ice driving etc - and just the grind of workaday life - people definitely don't need an antagonistic banking experience - please remember just exactly who's money it is & act accordingly - people can go elsewhere if they aren't treated properly ...
Sadly, I no longer live in the safe, clean & beautiful State of Maine - the people who do live there are blessed - best state in America ... ?”
