If I could give a zero I would. I got a package delivered to this center November 24th. It was put on a truck November 28th to be shipped to my house. An employee named Jeff pulled it off of Matt's truck, scanned it over the counter to an R. Bragg who isn't known to me. I was given a phone number by a Floyd to a person by the name of Fred and I called the number because it was supposed to be a manager but the person who answered the phone was not only not. Fred didn't know who Fred was. I have never dealt with such incompetence ancest in all my life

A Presque Isle, Maine Fedex driver signed my name to a package addressed to a business neighbor, and then the package went missing. I called Fedex, but using automated customer service, it is impossible to register a complaint without a tracking number. The computer hangs up on you. The next time I get something shipped via Fedex, I am going to let the driver have it, even if it isn't the driver who did this. The driver who did it, intentionally tried to screw with me. I do not ship via Fedex. Do not send me anything via Fedex. Fedex drivers are out of control. This is like Mad Maxx.
