The receptionist was pleasant and knowledgeable but I must say Tony was just the person I needed to solve my issues. By offering options I was able to choose what worked for me. The cost was fair and my expectations were fulfilled. You got a computer problem go see Tony you won't regret it.”

Always a pleasant experience. And Kole, an associate there, is always so friendly and knowledgeable. He’s helped me with my services and devices too many times to count. “This office was very helpful in transferring old data to new phone, including all the apps. Only issue (not their fault) is having to authenticate new device to websites. Set up of WiFi was easy for my son-in-law to do for me. WiFi performing well, as is cable TV. Interruptions to wifi and web happen everywhere--pick a faster service if you can find one (seems best available in Presque Isle) and $14/month for cell service is fantastic deal for internet subscribers, on Verizon's network so coverage is as good as it gets.”
