“This office was very helpful in transferring old data to new phone, including all the apps. Only issue (not their fault) is having to authenticate new device to websites. Set up of WiFi was easy for my son-in-law to do for me. WiFi performing well, as is cable TV. Interruptions to wifi and web happen everywhere--pick a faster service if you can find one (seems best available in Presque Isle) and $14/month for cell service is fantastic deal for internet subscribers, on Verizon's network so coverage is as good as it gets.”

“just went to the Presque Isle store to sign up for a new account. I spoke to a man named Darnell before I headed to PI from Fort Kent. He told us to come on over and they close at 5. We made it late due to traffic, about 5:10. Turns out, he waited for us! On top of that, he forgot that they changed their hours as of yesterday and it closed at 4. He stayed a whole extra hour to wait, and then another hour to set up the plan. This man stayed TWO HOURS extra! If he doesn't deserve a raise, I don't know who does. The store is clean, comfortable and inviting. If the rest of the workers are anything like Mr. Darnell, I suggest you go to that store whenever you have any electronic needs. 100% recommend. Also, give that man a raise!!!”

If there are service disruptions we receive a notice about the disruption and a notice when the problem has been fixed. Also, importantly, the wi fi service itself is excellent.”
