It was so boring in there I almost died I choked some and went to the hospital and got a nail stuck in my throat that fell from the ceiling when I was looking up in boredom I spoke to the manager and then he smacked my face saying shut up and go buy something and then I went and bought a fairy dress from the lumber aisle. Then I went home and ordered a fridge and these two beaners were speaking Spanish in front of my face. One of the associates wasn't much help in the returns and I wondered why until I realized it wasn't a woman ? rather go to Dollar tree and get my supplies there.

Whoever the young kid was that thought he was helping me messed up, I asked for bluebird so I go to look and he showed me so I asked if I could pay for it then pick it up later, we go to register I had few items besides that. I wanted to pay cash, he says no cash just card so I ran my card I only had enough for 2 items. Then I ran my other card for blue board. I told him I'd be back next day to get it. Needless to say he didn't put it down that I was getting it later so it looked like I took it with me then. It wasn't possible I was in a car. So few days go by an I bring my receipts with me witch I had lost one but they should be able to pull it up with my number what they sold that day I gave them the exact time and date. But they where insisted that I didn't even buy it. So I'm out blue board cause this guy didn't do his job....

Customer service is an absolute joke! One person working at all times doing five different tasks. Inventory online does not reflect in-store inventory. Been waiting 3 months for windows they said they had in stock!

It is what it is ... Not typically in a hurry but I was this time... I don't usually place my orders on the app, but I did the night before and going in to pick up my product they had all the useless things of my order that I added because I was chasing one specific thing. Specifically balusters for a handrail and the app took my order and said it was ready and waiting. When I got there they failed to tell me they had everything except for what I truly needed. Customer service couldn't help me and sent me on my way. By time I got to my truck I said, " I wonder". The app said it had five cases. Sure enough I went back there, and they were on the floor right where they should be. Had I gone home and not been able to finish, I would have been a bit more pissed. Now I'm pissed like they forgot to give you a straw at KFC with your meal. More or less aggravated because someone didn't do their job correctly. Pissed mostly because the app said they had them, the picker didn't pick them, nobody let me know that they didn't have the product I needed, and they still sent me a text saying that my order was complete and ready for pickup. Aggravating but it's Lowe's, and it is what it is

This Store is AMAZING now with the New Management! TJ Is an Excellent Manager and I've seen this store do a Complete 360 in just a couple months! The new Management really has a handle on things! Great Store! And Ask for any discounts they are always willing to work something out or they have a ton of promotions going on!

What a nightmare of a store to work at or shop at. Zero customer service. I've lived in multiple states and worked in alot of feilds....these people are scumbags and take the cake.

I walked the store for a long period of time looking for help, and once I was able to get help, I was told to go somewhere else cause it was cheaper that caught me off guard.

I don't even know what to say. This is the absolute worst Lowes I've ever had to go to. I only go when it would cost me more money to not go. Most everything is cheaper on Amazon if you can wait a week or so for delivery. There is also a Tractor Supply and SW Collins available in the area.There are some really amazing underpaid and overworked staff in the Garden Center and Lumbar section.Management seems to skate by with this overall ritualistic poor customer service due to the "labor shortage" and the fact the location around the store is a dying town/county. This store would have been taken over by corporate if it was located elsewhere.Prices frequently don't match the stickers/shell labels. When this happens you can pay the higher price or you can walk back to the shelf, take a picture with your smart phone, show the cashier, and then listen to them audibly sigh.They don't honor their corporate price matching policy.I don't think the floor staff is treated or paid well.Online ordering requires an extra step at this store: Call the "Pro Desk" and let them know you ordered. If you call the main store number they probably won't answer.Frequent technology issues (causing major delays in check out) with no corporate support.

Go ask for help in lawn and garden, or try to go get a z turn or something from there.... actually just try to get an employee to just be able to help you. Then see if we don't rate this store a one or two

I was very clear that I needed to cover 45 Sq ft hallway (4.5' x 10') with carpet pad. Lowes charged me for a 54 square ft roll (labeled 6' X 9'). Halfway through installation I found that the roll was only 37.3 Sq ft (5'8" X 6'7"). So, they way over charged me and I don't live near by, so the trip to correct this is still going to cost me a lot more , in time and money, than I can deal with right now.

Ventured to Lowes to gather some paint and supplies and found everything we needed with relative ease. Was a little sad to use the self check out as only one cashier station was opened and they were pretty busy.
