“Amy, the assistant manager, is always so courteous whenever I go in to have my holes cleaned. She gets her tools out and cleans them thoroughly. She’s very quick about it too. Always a pleasant experience. And Kole, an associate there, is always so friendly and knowledgeable. He’s helped me with my services and devices too many times to count. I can’t recommend this location enough.”
“Although I've never had a problem at the Presque Isle location, other than the fact that it says they carry the mobile phones, but they do not. It's a very busy place, people waiting at the door as soon as they open.”

“Had problems with our phones and the bill. The rep at the store not only was able to drop our bill but get us new phones as well! Couldn’t ask for better after fighting to drop our bill for almost a year. Great service 10/10”
