About Presque Isle City Hall
The building is clean and kind of majestic looking. The area is clean and there is quite a bit of parking close to the building. Staff are pleasant and respectful, and the clerks are very patient and obviously knew what they are doing. Help is fast and great, with comfy chairs in case you have to wait. The line was short at the end of day and the visit was good and grateful.

Staff have always been pleasant and respectful to me. Only real issue is everything takes so long even when there's up to three employees so be prepared to wait fifteen to twenty minutes

Excellent town office. They followed up with me immediately regarding questions about tax maps and tax cards.

Great service and very fast help. End of day was a good time to visit as the line was very short. Very grateful for the help with my documents and their advice on how to save time next time. Pleasantly surprised.
