Bought winter tires here and a pair of regular tires, the service was nice, they were helpful and the people are kind. The reason for three star though, after touching my car multiple times no one had ever suggested an alignment, which ive apparently needed for some time and now I have to replace two barely a 1 year tires because they are shredded on the inside due to needing an alignment ( which is what i was told at gils was the reason my two back tires are shredded) this happened to my last set of 4 tires which is why i went to Gils in the first, good price greart service, but that was the reason I needed new tires because the others were showing metal and shredded on the inside the same way. Im not a mechanic hence the reason I pay for service. But if you switch tires for studs, then customer returned for regular tires after being told and showed by another shop at an inspection the old tires were showing metal and shredded, someone might have said hey, maybe you need an alignment when they gave me my new tires?”

“Very easy to schedule appointment on-line. Friendly service. Showroom and facilities are very nice. Waiting area with t.v., complimentary beverages, and clean bathrooms. The service was quick and efficient. Wonderful employees!”
