Customer service has been getting worse. Not notifying patients of out of stock meds that cannot be interupted. Should let patients know in advance to make arrangements with prescriber.

There is one employee that I like but that is it. I have had issues with the way they talk to me and treat me. I have found I have to ask all questions in order to get the information that they should be telling me. I was told I have to suffer because they had one prescription unavailable for me due to being on backorder. My doctor would be unavailable to call them to have it transferred until after days I would go without.I believe I was lied to because an employee was upset that I had issues with her service and another pharmacist came in to help after complaints.They should be helpful, give all information and options available. I believe good customer service is very important in that type of career and I am hurt with the way I was spoken to.Will not be using this pharmacy anymore.

I've got some REAL problems with Walmart, especially buying online. BUT I've NEVER had any problem with the staff OR the service at the Pharmacy. They've always been polite and prompt with all of the engagements I've had with them.

they said the prescription would be ready in 20 minutes but it still wasnt ready the next day
