“They did a great job of replacing our mirror! It was smashed back in January by a hit and run driver who came at us 2 feet over the centerline at night! Another inch and it could have been fatal. All we saw was their headlights coming at us then their tail lights speeding away! I had $1,000 deductible so that didn't help with the $722. They told us there are a lot of Hit and Runs they repair. We have dents from 2 previous Parking Lot Hit and Runs that we are stuck with.There should be a special "Hit and Run" Insurance or a crackdown on catching Hit and Run Drivers to make them pay for their mistakes!”

“I needed to replace a passenger wiper on my truck that needed to be replaced that failed and I got to the counter and the lady be hind the counter Wendy said to me ( so that’s a j hook wiper for my Chevy 2017 I said oh ya ya j hook.) So I went to install the wiper and it didn’t fit it wasn’t a j hook wiper. So the morel of the story is don’t underestimate Wendy she knows her stuff thank you Wendy!”

“I did business with Richard this AM. I wanted him to put on my Can-Am Spyder the angel decal I bought online. I am impressed with his 30+ yrs of experience, attention to detail, and knowledge. I say this bc I originally wanted the decal right above the top of the seat. Given the material and unique curvature of that spot, Richard recommended I put it elsewhere so it would stick better. I decided on the back of the bike and have provided pictures of the outcome. It looks awesome, huh? That being said, I recommend Clark Signs and Graphics. I will give Richard my business again in the future.”

“I had to take my my 2017 Ridgeline (110k miles) in because the system was showing a series of warning lights and the codes identified a fuel injection system failure. I do most of my service with my local mechanic near our home and he let me know that Honda had issued a service bulletin about this and I should go to a dealer. I scheduled an appointment with Charlie’s Honda 10 days later when they had the first appointment available so I could wait for the service since they are about 40 miles from our home. Ryan was my service manager and he was terrific. He told me that it would take about an hour to run the diagnostics. On schedule, he confirmed the failure was related to the injector system, told me the repair would take 3-4 hours, and it would be covered by Honda. They also found another code related to the battery fan and I authorized the repair. Throughout the day Ryan kept me updated and answered any questions. The repair was completed on time and the battery fan cost was minimal. Ryan went over the work they had done and gave me a short list of maintenance items to confirm with my mechanic. I had a great experience with Charlie’s Service Department and I would definitely go back for service when necessary.”

If I need it longer, I will call them to let them know.They always say, "No problem as long as you have the receipt."Also, people like to say, "They gave me the wrong part, well honestly that's not 100% their faults.A really simple way to ovoid this is to look up the part number or call the Steelership to verify you're getting the right part the first time for your application.”
