We had such a great experience here at Quirk Ford of Augusta with Paul and Fred. The process was fast, straightforward, and totally no-nonsense — no games or pressure. We traded in our old car and got a great value for it, which made the whole thing even better. The team was super easy to work with and very accommodating — we had two babies with us, and they were so patient, offering snacks and water for the kiddos while we finished everything up. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Highly recommend!”
“Great service. Friendly staff! Ryan was very nice! It was my fifth oil change so it was free! I purchased my tires there, so the rotation was free. Vehicle was purchased there, so inspection sticker was free! Free, free, free! Then, got my car washed....and that was free! Yay!”
“So to start i had my vehicle taken apart in garage. They normally dont deliver to our business as short staff for delivery and we are kinda far from the store.
I called they had the part that other parts stores got wrong and luckily thankfully for the commercial side employee Nathan had just clocked out before I called. He was super great that he got the part that I needed personally and he personally drove it out to me on his own time, and in his personal vehicle!! Then he stayed to make sure it was the correct part we needed.
Just to say that has been way more than any other parts stores had done as most the others kept giving me the wrong parts instead. So grateful that the employees actually have knowledge of vehicles and parts for them.
We have a video on our YouTube JMBlueNose of when we went to the store to get the muffler we needed also. That was a great experience and great to be able to pick it up as they have most all the parts I have even needed in the store even!!

“Mr. Wright is absolutely wonderful. I noticed that there are several reviews talking about him not returning phone calls. Yes, he can be a little hard to get ahold of, but he's well worth it and it isn't because he doesn't care. He's a one-man operation & he's always working on an overload of cases. He does excellent work at a fair price, and he went above and beyond a typical mechanic in handling our situation. I cannot recommend him highly enough.”
“I took my Highlander to Darlings for the repair of a fender bender I had. Working with Leon Russell to provide the estimate, make the appointment, and coordinate the repair, we were working under a tight schedule. Though a couple of bumps occurred along the way, Leon understood our timeframe and personally pushed to make delivery.
Leon delivered!!! He even leveraged Charlie's to get a radar alignment completed.
It was Friday afternoon about 15 minutes before they closed, but he did it!
