Always friendly and helpful. Even though my car has been one issue after another, they always do their best to fix the issues (manufacturer is the problem, not the dealership). Shuttle service is super helpful as well.

I’m so pleased with the service here. I went to Volkswagen in Plainfield for a new key and they couldn’t get it programmed. I came here and they did it no problem. I will be coming back here for anything else I need. And a special thanks to Sara in service she was very helpful

Everyone I worked with was great… especially Megan! The real problem was getting the part I needed which took several weeks & I was without a car for a total of three weeks. During that time I spent over $1,000 for rental cars with no support from VW of America regarding some reimbursement.
I have owned VW’s for some time but I doubt I will own another.
