    KO storage is a nice quiet place with excellent customer service. Employees always have a cheerful tone, extremely polite, patient and happy to help. Their Customer Service emloyees deserves a lot of appreciation.

    I was in an accident in January and lost my key and Aileen was very helpful in telling me the process of getting the new lock on!

    The units are very clean and have not found any rodents at all. They send me a reminder each month that my payment is coming up. I like that part.
