Buying a vehicle from them is also a smooth process. My husband and I bought a 2014 VW Jetta, and it was a dream to drive! There were very few problems with it all. In fact, the only reason we got rid of it was because Volkswagen had a major vehicle recall due to the emission regulations. As a woman, I also didn't feel like my intelligence was insulted or felt taken advantage of in any way, which is always one of my biggest concerns when buying a vehicle or taking one in for repairs.”
