“I ran into the Rockland store today. Right away I had an associate approach me in paint to help me out. Then off to tile/grout and had 2 associates stop their conversation to offer assistance. Were both super helpful. Then off to self check and had an associated jump in to help hold up merch for me to scan. Then out the door I go and yet am thanked for my business by another random associate. Was very impressed by everyone. Thanks for the extra effort. It was noticed.”
